Jim’s Fish Dip

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 boiled egg chopped
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 avocado-diced (optional)
  • 1 Tbl. sorghum molasses
  • 1 Tbl. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. season salt
  • (optional Cajun seasoning or Tiger Sauce to taste)
  • 2 cups of grilled Salmon or Trout
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 Tbl. grated Parmesan cheese


1. Grill fish and tear in small pieces
2. Boil egg and chop
3. Chop onion
4. Peel avocado and chop
5. Heat cream cheese in microwave in a large bowl until soft (about 1 minute)
6. Add all the ingredients to the bowl with the warm cream cheese and stir
